This website hosts visualizers and tutorials for exploring signal processing.
Overall these materials are designed to build up to using signal processing in the context of analyzing neuro-electrophysiological recordings, especially the tutorial. The general materials, including the visualizers may also be useful beyond this use case.
This site is organized into the following sections:
In the above, the Signals and Transforms sections focus on briefly introducing and showing visualizers related to the topic at hand. For a more in depth overview and description of the topics, see the Tutorial.
The code to make the animations, and copies of the visualizations are available on the Github Organization.
Animations are created with the use of the NeuroDSP module, an open-source Python module for digital signal processing for neural time series.
Copies of the visualizers (gifs) are available on the Github Organization.
Animations are available for re-use under the CC-BY 4.0 license, meaning they can be used with attribution.
